An exciting opportunity has arisen for the temporary contract of a full time Customer Service and Sales Executive in Ampersand.
Please note this is an office-based role located in Dublin.
The successful person will have experience in dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis.
Flexibility is key and willingness to learn and work across varied divisions within the business.
The person must be organised, enthusiastic, have strong attention to detail and be able to work both independently and with instruction.
Build knowledge of Ampersand’s extensive product portfolio
Processing sales orders using Navision systems and actively upselling
Tele Sales calls to current customers for follow up orders
Arranging credits and uplifts as required
- Customer Service
Dealing with Customers and Field Sales Team’s queries in a timely manner
Liaising with our deliver partners to ensure key delivery timelines are met
- Specialised product labelling

- General administrative tasks as required
Attributes required: –
Strong customer focus with an appreciation of customer needs
Professional telephone manner and an ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
Proficient computer skills – Word and Excel. Experience of Navision computer system would be an advantage.
Strong team player - Positive attitude with a friendly manner.
Self-starter - motivated to do job to the highest standard.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and flexible
The contract is until 24th December 2021 at which time we will review.
Start date: To be agreed but planned for May 2021
