About the Role

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the temporary contract position of a full time Sales Representative in Ampersand.

• The successful person will have experience in dealing with retail customers on a day-to-day basis.
• The Ideal Candidate has a ‘can-do’ attitude, is pro-active, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• The person must be organised, enthusiastic, have strong attention to detail and be able to work both independently and with instruction.

 

Duties Include


• Deliver on KPIs (Sales, Distribution, Gross Margin % etc…)
• Accurate and timely input of sales orders onto iPad
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with Customers
• Minimise returns
• Handle customer queries to maximise satisfaction
• Work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for business success
• In-store execution and brand plan activation
• Ensure paperwork is processed in an accurate and timely manner (returns, cash collections, expenses etc..)
• Complete any audits or compliance checks as required
• Follow journey plan for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Full clean driving licence
• A good understanding of the grocery market
• An ability to build rapport and trust with clients and customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active approach to work situations and the ability to demonstrate initiative
• Excellent time management skills
• Computer Literacy – competent in word-processing, spreadsheet applications and Internet.
• Attention to detail
• Target driven

 

 

Salary Package

 

OTE circa €40k per year

 

Company car, Fuel Card, and Lunch Allowance €10 per day

 


Start date: To be agreed but asap
