Ampersand are delighted to announce that Paul Raftery has been appointed to the position of Wine Manager. This promotion follows his previous roles in Field Sales and as Wine Buyer, which he excelled in.
Paul joined Ampersand as a Field Sales Executive nearly twenty years ago. He has extensive experience in the FMCG industry, including a previous role with Tennant and Ruttle Distribution. Over time, Paul developed a particular interest in the wine industry and successfully completed his WSET Level 2 and level 3 Wine examinations. He furthered his knowledge by undertaking the WSET Level 4 Diploma with the Wine and Spirit School London and is currently entering the final stages of completion.
Paul has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. His knowledge of the industry and expertise are invaluable and will continue to drive the company’s success. Ampersand looks forward to seeing the pivotal role he will play leading an integral part of the business.
