Ampersand are delighted to announce that Phillip Bargus has been appointed to the Ampersand Board of Directors. Phillip will now take up the position of Sales & Marketing Director after excelling in his role of Head of Sales & Marketing since he commenced with the company over three years ago.
Phillip joined Ampersand in January 2020 and since then has been instrumental in driving the company’s success and sales growth. Prior to Ampersand, Phillip worked across both leading food and alcohol companies having worked in Diageo, GSK, and Premier Foods. Phillip brings over 25 years of strong FMCG industry experience to the Ampersand board and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving growth for his teams. The board believe Phillip’s extensive experience and knowledge of the industry will be invaluable in driving the company's continued growth and success. Phillip’s appointment will bring valuable insights and perspectives that will help Ampersand navigate the challenges of the rapidly changing FMCG market.
