With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Manager to join our growing team.
You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director and you will be responsible for driving commercial success through securing NPD as well as developing strong business partnerships with new and existing Brand principals. This role requires a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, strong analytical and numerical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Brand Principles
New Product Development
Management of Internal Sales Team
Coach and manage a team of three.
Profitability and Cost Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
