In Ampersand we have a passionate Sales Team of 9 highly experienced representatives on the road which offer national coverage in all trade sectors supported by an internal telesales team of four.
Our sales team are all locally based in their sales territory and over time have built great relationships with their customers. They have full product knowledge which they pass on to their customers, offering them a tailored presentation and product offering that best suits their store and individual needs.
We understand the importance of in-store merchandising so we provide display solutions for all different shop formats, from clip strips and small counter top display stands moving up to larger floor display solutions.
Our sales team carry a range of best selling lines and Point of Sale material which can immediately be placed to highlight in-store availability and drive sales.
We place our products in prominent positions in store and find secondary placements to increase awareness and gain incremental sales.
Customer Service is at the core of our company and a strength we pride ourselves on. We are always available and on hand for any customer queries.
We aim to deliver our orders the next day wherever possible and we always welcome feedback from our customers.
